At Oceania we offer a high level of customer service, helping our customers find clothing and accessories that work for their individual needs, much like a fashion consultant or personal shopper. We know how to fit different body types, we accessorize, we match items, we solve wardrobe problems. We know our inventory like the back of our hand- the fabrics, washability, sizing, brand names, and more.

As a member of a small team, we all share the duties needed to keep the shop humming. Some of these duties are keeping the store tidy and clean, processing new inventory (hanging, steaming, pricing), cash handling, using the computer Point of Sale program, restocking items, and multi-tasking. Physical requirements are standing for long periods, lifting boxes, and climbing a ladder. We all need to be well organized, with a splash of creativity and fun!

We are open 10-6 every day and shifts are either 10-4 or 12-6 (approx). We all work some weekends and holidays. Compensation is negotiable depending on experience, generally $17-$21 per hour with commission. Our commission system is designed to encourage teamwork, with all shifts earning a commission on the total day’s sales. All team members enjoy a generous store discount, shared sales commission, bonuses, earned credits, and flexible schedule for vacations. This is a long term, permanent position, approximately 3 shifts per week for the right candidate.
